Our memberships include important preventative testing that insurance often does not cover to ensure you are getting the most up to date care. Our appointments are extended, typically 30-60 minutes, so we can work together to help you achieve your health goals.

Instead of paying every time you access care, we offer unlimited visits as part of your monthly subscription. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs, allowing you to confidently budget for your healthcare expenses while receiving exceptional primary care. All memberships include unlimited visits, 30 to 60-minute appointments, little to no wait time, and same or next-day appointments. By contrast, basic concierge care at other clinics usually starts at $5000/yr and does not include the cost of visits or testing.

Your membership fee includes you annual labs for no additional cost. Annual labs include: complete blood count (CBC), comprehensive metabolic pane (CMP), thyroid screening (TSH), vitamin D level, lipid panel, apolipoprotein B (ApoB), and a one time lipoprotein (a) (Lp(a))

We offer a wide range of women’s healthcare needs, including PMS, PCOS, and care for symptoms related to menopause and perimenopause including hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Dr. Stehling gives you time to talk about your symptoms and works with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle and health history. We do not offer PAP smears.

We offer services to help optimize men’s health with PSA screening, testosterone testing and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) if warranted, as well as care for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

Dr. Stehling can provide treatment with GLP-1 weight loss medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide if you are a good candidate for treatment. This Weight Management Medication Add-on to your subscription starts at $150/month and can vary based on medication and doseage.

We’re happy to help you develop a healthy skincare routine with both over the counter products and prescriptions as needed. We can help with your day to day skincare needs for problems like acne, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and anti-aging.

We offer virtual and in-office appointments to fit your busy schedule. You shouldn’t have to take time off work to stay healthy. You can call, text, or video chat with your primary care doctor instead of waiting weeks or months for an appointment. Appointments start on time and last as long as you need.

We partner with local companies that offer discounts when you pay cash for their services. Many patients with high-deductible plans can save money by paying cash for these services. Companies often charge far less for care when they are not billing insurance.
